Amy Audette, LCPC

Amy Audette is a licensed clinical professional counselor who received her MA at Loyola University of Chicago. She is certified in eating disorder counseling from the International Association of Eating Disorders at College of DuPage.  Amy specializes in eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, adolescent issues, family therapy and related mental health concerns.  Building on a client’s strengths, she implements cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness-based techniques, goal setting, and other therapeutic interventions to help the individuals and families resume a healthier quality of life. Amy strongly believes in an integrative and personalized approach to therapy for each client. Everyone has different life experiences, goals, strengths, and needs. Amy has experience working in the hospital setting and outpatient settings. She collaborates with other professionals for treatment planning, goal setting, returning to work and or school, and health concerns. She is committed to providing a safe and healing environment for her clients.
